When the heat reaches a certain level, the valve or Thermostat will be open and circulate the coolant in the engine.The high temperatures will be cooled down by the impact of the wind while the car is running and the operation of the fan located at the radiator. Then the coolant that has cooled down will go back into the system again and will continue to loop like this.

Therefore, the coolant is helping the engine to cool down.
